What the columns mean
- Open to outside referrals - whether somebody who does not work
there can put a name forward, usually through a public form. "Internal
only" means a current employee has to submit it.
- Bonus paid - what the referrer gets, and when. Nearly always
conditional on the person staying a few months.
- Checked - when a human last looked at the published policy. If
it is more than six months old, treat it as a starting point rather than
a fact.
